2nd class work 22/06/20- 25/06/20
Hi 2nd Class,
I hope you have all had a great week and that you have got on well with your school work. This week is our last week of school work and you will be delighted to see that it is greatly reduced because we have a lot of our curriculum areas completed. We also only have 4 days of work this week, Monday- Thursday; as we were due to be getting our summer holidays at 12pm on Friday.
I would like to say well done to you all on your hard work and dedication to your online learning this last few months. I know it wasn’t easy and I don’t think any of us would ever have imagined that we wouldn’t be back to school this year. We all missed school, our friends and our daily routine but I’m so proud of how you all adapted so well and remained positive throughout it all. Thanks to all who e-mailed and sent on work or even just sent a quick hello. I loved hearing from you all and was delighted to hear how you were all doing and all wonderful things you were doing. Thanks also to all the parents for their help and support with the online learning- I know this was a big adjustment and amongst all the other things that have to be done at home it can’t have been easy but I appreciate all your efforts, support and communication with me over the last few months.
Attached below is your last week of work for 2nd class. It was a pleasure to teach each and every one of you and although our time together was short-lived I loved being your teacher and enjoyed all the fun in our classroom during the year. I hope you all have a fantastic summer and enjoy the break from school work. Let’s hope we get plenty of sunshine and outdoor adventures.
