4th Class Menu of Work 22nd - 26th June
Dear parents and children,
4th class! What can I say? We have come to the end of a very different school year, one in which we have had to change the way we teach and learn and one in which I think we have learned a lot about ourselves!
Firstly, I want to say well done to you, this has not always been easy but you stuck with it and kept positive! I am proud of your resilience and your dedication. The 12th March 2020 is a day I will never forget. Little did I think this would be the last day of the academic year. I had hoped we would get back into our lovely classroom before the summer holidays but it was not to be. We had to keep apart to stay safe. Children have played such an important role in this and I know it was a challenge at times to be away from your friends, but as always, you rose to the occasion and hopefully an end is now in sight for us.
Thank you for sticking with the school work at home and for emailing me with your progress. Thank you to all the Mums and Dads who supported you so well in your learning over the last few months. It has been a pleasure to teach every one of you and I am so disappointed our time in the classroom was cut short. We can look back with fond memories on the fun and laughter we enjoyed and also all the hard work we completed!
I hope you have the best summer! You all deserve it so much! Laugh lots and most importantly HAVE FUN! Remember, Brighter Days Are Ahead.
The following list is a suggested outline of work for the last four days. (22/6/20 – 26/6/20), please follow the link below.
There are lots of activities on the blog as it is Active/Well Being week so you may want to concentrate on these. I have included activities in other curricular areas. Please feel free to complete the activities orally this week.
If you have any academic questions or queries or any work you would like to send on, you can email me on firstname.lastname@example.org
Hope to see you all in September. Stay safe and enjoy your summer.
