5th class- last week of homework! 🤸‍♀️

Hi parents and children,

We are finally here, the last week of school and the last week of ‘homework’ and ‘distance learning’ and ‘home schooling’. Woohoo!

I am so very proud of you 5th class! I am proud of the work you have done since March 12th. I applaud you for the high standard of work and for your persistence and resilience. It was not easy. It was scary at times. It was frustrating and annoying and lonely and sad at times. But you stuck with it and you succeeded in completing 5th class.

I am so sorry we didn’t get to enjoy all the fun things that happen in the last term but I know Ms Scanlon will look after you all next year and it will make things even more special when all these fun events do come to happen.

Thanks to those pupils who contacted me again this week, both with work and to say hi I have posted some samples of the great work on our blog.

I awarded a special Certificate for Engagement to two more children; Shona and Aideen who are working hard and staying in touch. Well done to you both! I would like to award a few more certificates in our last week of school so keep the work and emails coming! Remember just do a little every day but do it well.
