6th Class Menu of Work 11th-15th May
I hope you have all had a good week and that this week’s suggested menu of work has gone ok for you. The weather has been beautiful, we are so lucky! Let’s hope it continues for weeks to come!
Once again, a huge thanks to those who have been in touch with some fabulous samples of work or even to just say hello! I’ve really enjoyed hearing from you. The work I have been sent is a credit to you guys! I’m really proud to see your super effort and commitment! Also, it’s been great to get some emails from people about their thoughts on our class novel & its ending. Thank you for those. If you haven’t been in touch yet I would love to hear from you or see some samples of work please.
As we all heard last Friday, unfortunately schools will not reopen before the end of this school year. For you guys in 6th class, I think this is especially difficult. But as one boy wrote to me in a lovely email this week, we know it’s for the greater good. So for now we’ve just got to keep going and stay positive.
Here is this week’s suggested menu of activities. Remember, you do not have to get all of the activities completed, but please do your best on the work that you do finish.
Parents, if you find that the work is taking too long, then please prioritise what you feel your child will benefit most from. If you have any questions you can contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org. Don’t forget to keep an eye on the blog for answers!
*Boys and girls I have one last request to ask of you-over the next couple of weeks I need all of you to email me a few words about your memories of this year and of your time at Rockfield NS….things that you enjoyed, what stood out for you, what made you laugh, what you are proud of, what you will remember, our current situation… these are just some ideas but it’s completely up to you! I do ask, however, that you really think about this. Can you email them to me within the next two weeks. Thanks everyone!
I hope you all have a lovely, safe & happy weekend.
I’ll talk to you all next week,
