6th Class Menu of Work 25th-28th May
Hi everyone,
I hope you are all well and that you have had a good week. We have been blessed with some fabulous weather again this week, although writing to you now I am looking out the window at very strong winds and rain! Hopefully it’s short lived and we will be back to the fine weather again soon.
I hope you managed to get through some of the activities this week and get your corrections done. If you have any questions regarding corrections, please do not hesitate to contact me. Next weekend is the June Bank Holiday weekend. School was due to be closed on Friday the 29th of May, therefore we have two 4-day weeks coming up. So enjoy your day off on both of these weeks. It’s hard to believe that we are at this stage of the year already, but it is very bittersweet too. Unfortunately, we have lost out on time to be together as a class and to have fun and learn together. However, it has been a lovely opportunity to be at home and learn with our families.
The end of the year is in sight. Well done to all of you-I know it hasn't been easy, but we just have a few more weeks to stay motivated & get as much done as we all can.
Here is this week’s suggested menu of activities. Please do remember, you do not have to get all of the activities completed. All I ask is that you do your best on the work that you do finish. Parents, if you find that the work is taking too long, then please prioritise what you feel your child will benefit most from. Finally, thanks to all those who sent me on their memories from their time at Rockfield NS. It was lovely to read about your fun and happy times during primary school. They will become part of a special memento of your time with us.
