A note from Ms Egan

Dear parents and children,

I hope you are all keeping well and getting used to this new and strange time in all of our lives.

This next list is simply a menu of work for the coming week, the 30th of March to the 3rd of April. I’m sure it hasn’t been easy getting into this new routine of working from home but I hope you are all starting to get into the swing of things. The aim is to try to continue working each day but not to overwhelm or worry ourselves. So please just do your best. If you are still working on the activities that you brought home when the school closed, that’s fine too. Please continue to do so & you can then move on to this next set of work. If you do not get everything completed, don’t worry. As I have already said, this is just a suggested menu of work. I hope you are all reading, playing board games & getting lots of fresh air and exercise when possible, while making sure to adhere to the HSE guidelines regarding the Covid 19 outbreak.

Parents, if you need to contact me regarding the following work please feel free to do so at mseganrockfieldns@gmail.com

Happy Easter everyone. Look after yourselves & I will be in touch with you all again soon.

Ms Egan.

*The first thing I’d like you to do is correct the work that you’ve done in your Spelling Workbook, Mental Maths and English in Practice from the last two weeks. The answers are all available in the 6th class section of the school blog. For this next set of work, I will put up the answers at a later date, don’t forget to correct these too.
