River Side Study

4th Class took part in a ‘Rivers as Ecosystems’ science project in March. This project involved a trip to our local river (Owen Beg) to asses the health of the river using a water quality kit. We also included a litter pick in our trip and linked in with Jerry O’Grady from the local Tidy Towns Committee.
