St Brigid
“St. Brigid of Ireland, help us, we pray, to be kind and loving in our work and play.” Second Class enjoyed weaving some beautiful St Brigid’s cloaks and we loved making our own crosses to hang over the door in our homes. Thank you to Sixth Class for helping us to weave our crosses.

Ms Maye’s classroom adds some colour to our corridor
Over the past two weeks, our school corridor has blossomed with Kusama-inspired flowers. These flowers are bold, spotty, and bursting with confidence, just like our artists. Our Mondrian-style butterflies flapped in with perfect lines and colours, proving that Junior and Senior Infants can balance creativity and geometry with style. We also reached for the skies with our beautiful shooting stars, inspired by the story How to Catch a Star by our favourite author, Oliver Jeff

From waddling penguins to jolly Christmas pieces, creativity has certainly been sparkling brighter than tinsel! The children have tried new textures, colours, and techniques, proudly showing off their growing artistic confidence. Each piece is unique, joyful, and brimming with seasonal spirit. Well done everyone!
