Today Junior Infants learned all about Shab-e-Yalda. Shab-e-Yalda is a special night in winter when families in Iran stay up late to celebrate the longest night of the year. They eat yummy fruits like pomegranates and watermelons, read poems, and tell stories together. It’s all about having fun, staying warm, and waiting for longer, sunnier days to come!
