As part of our work on this topic 6th Class had a visit from Simone Hickey, the author of ‘Bringing Them Home’. She shared lots of interesting local knowledge, facts and memorabilia with us. She also enjoyed looking at our project and art work. Thanks so much to Simone for a fantastic talk with our class, we really enjoyed it!
